
OUR APPROACH
G4V S.T.E.P. – Successful Technology Enablement Process
STEP I: Needs Analysis --- This phase of the implementation consists of reviewing the strategic objectives of your organisation for the implementation of a project and gaining management acceptance and commitment to the project. During this phase we work with your organisation to define the policies and procedures for managing customer/client interaction and projects information.
STEP II: Project Planning --- The implementation plan will be created and finalized during this phase. A system administrator will be selected, as well as team members from each applicable department in the organisation, who will work in conjunction with G4V.
STEP III: Implementation --- It is during this phase that the software implementation will begin. System configuration, and administration will be completed and customizations will be identified.
STEP IV: Testing & Quality Assurance --- G4V ensure that an operational prototype of the system is up and running at this time. Operational issues will be identified and resolved and any customization will be made at this time.
STEP V: Deployment & Training --- At this time the project is completely operational. There are no additional installation activities. Training will begin for all system administrators and end users. Ongoing support will be provided to the previously identified system administrator with telephone and on-call assistance from G4V.
